Help - Creating Cemetery Transcription Books

The output files of CemToBOOK are standard "RTF" (Rich Text) files. The two files that the software creates are: "Contents.RTF" and "BOOK.RTF".

The files can be opened in WordPad, Microsoft Word, and other word processors supporting Rich Text Format.

The location of the "RTF" files will be in the same folder as the database you are creating the pages from. When the conversion is complete open the "BOOK.RTF" file and it will contain your entire transcription and index. The "Contents.RTF" file will contain the Table of Contents.

Publishing

The printed output may be taken to a local printshop for binding or bound together with the use of a book binding kit.
