Help - Creating Cemetery Transcription Books

The program will compile single or multiple cemeteries into an "DOC" (Rich Text) Microsoft Word - word processing file. Rich text files can be opened by many other word processing programs, however, due to the complex formatting in the document the free WordPad program, included with windows, will not display the document properly.

The location of the "DOC" files will be in the same folder as the database you are using to create the pages. When the conversion is complete open the "BOOK.DOC" file and it will contain your entire transcription and index. The "Contents.DOC" file will contain the Table of Contents. These two files can be combined before printing.

Publishing

The printed output may be taken to a local printshop for binding or bound together with the use of a book binding kit.
